NewVersion 3
New in StareMaster 3
Also new: smoother opening animations, a blink fix for the Teenager and a better Choose Opponent screen.
Sunglasses won't save you
StareMaster can tell when you're wearing shades. Slip them on mid-stare and you lose on the spot.
Three opponents. One title.
Face the Glare Gauntlet
Can you defeat them all with your icy stare?
-
Round 1
The Elder Man
He's been staring down anyone who looked at him sideways since before you were born.
-
Round 2
The Teenager
She can hold that expressionless gaze until you're on the verge of tears.
-
Final boss
The Baby
Babies barely blink, and this one knows it. Battle his unblinking eyes if you think you can take him.
Pick your punishment
Three difficulty tiers run from rookie looker to ice-cold StareMaster, and every one of them is out to break you.
-
Easy
For rookie lookers
-
Normal
For seasoned starers
-
Hard
For ice-cold StareMasters
How a round works
The camera is the referee
StareMaster uses your iPhone's TrueDepth camera and Apple's ARKit face tracking to watch for blinks and glances away in real time. Nobody gets to argue about who blinked first.
-
01
Pick your opponent
Elder Man, Teenager or Baby. Pick who you want to stare down first.
-
Lock eyes
Hold up your iPhone and look your opponent right in the eyes. The front-facing camera keeps its eye on you. Keep starin'.
-
Blink and you lose
The first one to blink or break their gaze loses the round. Keep your eyes on the prize and don't look away.
-
Clear the gauntlet
Beat all three, then run it again on Normal or Hard.
Game modes
