Join us in Minneapolis in 2025!
Take part in the presentations, community events, workshops, exhibits, networking, and entertainment that make this conference the highlight of the year for hundreds of American atheists.
With a compelling and diverse lineups of activists, community leaders, politicians, academics, artists, and more, this is the conference you don’t want to miss!
Speakers
We are proud to present one of the most diverse line-ups of speakers of any atheist, freethought, or secular convention, including politicians, poets, international secular activists, and many more.
We bring together speakers with stories you haven’t yet heard, rising stars within our community, and unique perspectives on the most important issues of our day.
Schedule
Programming begins on Thursday evening with the Charity Game Night on April 17. Speakers and main stage presentations kick off on Friday morning, April 18, and wrap up on Sunday, April 20 by 1pm. And on Sunday afternoon, attendees can volunteer to pack meals for charity.
Throughout the weekend, you will be able to attend a number of special events including an awards dinner on Friday, a VIP reception on Saturday, and more. We hope to see you in Minneapolis for a weekend of community, service, and activism!
Sunday Community Service Project
“Two hands working can do more than a thousand clasped in prayer.”
– Madalyn Murray O'Hair
American Atheists invites attendees and local volunteers to help provide 25,000 meals for those in need in the Minneapolis region by volunteering to create meal packs at the National Convention and by raising $14,000 for supplies.
Join us on Easter Sunday, April 20, where we’ll once again demonstrate that two hands working (or, in this case, a few hundred!) can do more than thousands clasped in prayer.
If you’re not able to attend but would still like to help provide meals for those in need, please support us by donating to help cover the cost of the meal supplies!
